MerchantBay.com is looking for a smart, proactive, enthusiastic, young and dynamic individual on a full-time basis for the position of Customer Relationship Executive. Placement will be in Merchant Bay head office at Uttara, Dhaka.
Nature of the position: Full time
Job responsibilities
Maintain regular communication with industry partners
Pitch new services to the top-level officials of the partner company
Collect product information from the partners
Job requirements
Good communication skill
Working under pressure
Ability to make 50-60 calls daily.
Educational Requirements: Bachelors degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements: 2 years. Any experience in marketing, telemarketing and relationship sector will be appreciated.
IT literacy requirements: Should be able to use MS office applications, specially MS word, MS Excel and PowerPoint.
Additional Requirements: Age should not be above 35
Salary: 20,000-25,000
